Guide Formulation Guide Formulation Hair Care Hair Care Argan Leave-In Hair Essence (CC-30) Coconut Oil Shampoo with SeraShine® EM 807 (PS-18) This light hair lotion is quick to absorb into wet or dry hair, without the need for rinsing. SeraShine® Introducing SeraShine® EM 807; our brand new emulsion containing an optimised blend of coconut EM 802 offers excellent wet and dry conditioning, whilst SeraSense® SF 1.3D gives instant and olive oil. Conditioning benefits can be seen over several washes, particularly when incorporated detangling. Both products contain less than 0.1% D4 & D5. into shampoo. SeraShine® EM 807 leaves hair significantly softer then when using neat oil. Stir until homogenous and add the acrylates copolymer, then the CAPB. Adjust to pH 6.50 – 7.50 using sodium hydroxide. • Add the rest of the ingredients in order. • Adjust viscosity and pH to spec. Viscosity @ 25°C: 10,000 – 20,000cP (Brookfield Helipath, T bar C, 10rpm) • Premix the glycerin and hydroxyethylcellulose, add to the water and stir until thickened. pH @ 25°C: 3.5 – 4.5 Continue to heat to 80 – 85°C. Add the fats and stir until melted. Homogenise at 3000rpm until smooth and white. • Cool to below 40°C and add the remaining ingredients in order. Method • Add the water to the vessel. Begin heating to 85°C. • Premix the glycerin with the HEC and add to the water. The product will thicken once fully dispersed. • Add the citric acid, stir until homogenous. • Add the fats, once at 85°C, ensure the fats have melted and transfer the batch to the homogeniser. Homogenise at 3000rpm for 3 – 5 mins, until white and smooth. Transfer back to the paddle stirrer and stir slowly, allowing to cool. • Once below 40°C, add the rest of the ingredients in order, stirring well between additions. • Check pH and viscosity. It also contains less than 0.1% D4 SeraShine® EM 801 conditions and softens skin for a luxurious feel. Emulsifying Argan Oil and D5. allows for more stable formulations, gives a softer initial touch and is easier to spread than when incorporating neat oil. Return to the stirrer and allow to cool to 40°C. • Once below 40°C, add the rest of the ingredients in order, stirring well between additions. • Check pH and viscosity. 14 15

SeraSol® EL 92A is This light oil and alcohol-free serum gives a moisturised feeling to skin.
