In the event that a class does not run due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund. We reserve the right to cancel, change, or consolidate classes when necessary. Once full payment has been made, no refunds will be granted unless a class is canceled due to low enrollment. Refunds will also be given for medical reasons with the submission of a doctor’s note. Partial / prorated refunds will be issued after a program has started based on medical reasons with a doctor’s note. Transportation: Transportation to and from the program is the responsibility of the student’s family. Student Conduct: The enrichment program is an extracurricular activity. Students who do not meet expectations for appropriate behavior may be asked to leave the program without a refund. Any staff member may ask that your child stay home if there are behavioral concerns such as being disruptive, disrespectful and/or unsafe.
