I joined KPMG in October 2014 on completion of my Masters in Accountancy in NUI Galway and I work in the area of Investment Funds. The training I received has been second to none. Corporate Finance is a fantastic training ground and the calibre of people I work with make it an excellent place to learn. It has given me the chance to work in financial services, aviation leasing, healthcare, industrial and consumer markets. My role is varied and has included a number of exciting deals over the past two and a half years. On a recent significant acquisition assignment I had to assess the projected cash flows of the enlarged business after the takeover and prepare a report for the board.
