HEALTHY LIVING Wellness NUTRITION PROGRAMS AT THE Y Karrie Benda is a Registered Dietician who has her bachelors and master’s degrees in Nutrition and Health Promotion from UW-Stevens Point and completed her Dietetic Internship at UW-Madison. Karrie recognizes that ‘one-size-fits-all’ nutrition advice often fails to optimize health goals. Greater long term success is achieved when one’s individual health needs and goals are evaluated and a personal strategy is devised that incorporates accountability and behavior change strategies. If you’re looking for guidance and support through nutrition, Karrie would be honored to work with you.
