FUNCTIONS PACKAGE The Hunters Hill Hotel is a venue which prides itself on being able to manage your function from the start right through to the finish. Our range of versatile rooms and menus mean we are able to cater to all your needs; whether it be a cocktail style event, a sit down dinner, board meeting or conferencing. Our Events team will help you to create the perfect function at The Hunters Hill Hotel. PRIVATE AREAS AVAILABLE We are able to accommodate FIRST FLOOR guests, Canapé or Banquet style in our ground floor hotel areas. STAFFING CHARGES (only in Private areas/Rooms) No staffing or room hire applicable to these areas: In order to have adequate staffing for your Ground Floor Bistro event, a charge of $35 per hour is allocated for Outdoor events Monday through to Friday. A charge of Undercover Beergarden $40 per hour is allocated for events on a Saturday. It is for a minimum of 4 hours per staff member. THE DECK TERRACE CAPACITY As the largest of our function rooms, The Cocktail 100-250 guests Terrace boasts a style to suit all occasions. Sit-Down 120 guests Decorated in a contemporary style providing beautiful views, with an open air atmosphere ROOM RATES and direct access to the Club Bar. Day Rate $300 Night Rate $400 The Deck Terrace can suit an open plan light feel or a more intimate environment. THE REIBY, JEANNERET & GLADE CAPACITY The Reiby, Jeanneret & Glade rooms provide a Reiby – Cocktail 100-120 guests flexible option for multiple group sizes. The area can be booked out completely, with all three Jeanneret – Cocktail 30 rooms being made available to your guests. Sit-down 24 Along with exclusive access to the 1st floor balcony or alternatively, you can book just one Glade – Cocktail 25 or two sections, which is then separated by the folding glass doors. ROOM RATES Day Rate $300 Jeanneret can only be booked in conjunction Night Rate $400 with a room either side. THE FIGTREE ROOM CAPACITY With a large open plan and lounge style Cocktail 100 guests seating, guests are able to mingle either Sit-Down 50 guests standing or seated.
