FOR BUSINESS OR PLEASURE Located at the heart of Brisbane’s premier dining precinct, Eagle Street Pier, Mr & Mrs G Riverbar is the ideal venue for any occasion. With sweeping river views towards the iconic Story Bridge, the stylish riverside cocktail bar has developed an outstanding reputation for creating functions with an individual flair. Mr & Mrs G can accommodate small groups of 10 for a sit-down affair, or gatherings of up to 90 for lavish cocktail functions. You can secure our whole venue, or we can cordon off an area to suit the size of your party. So, if our function packages do not quite fit your requirements, we are happy to offer tailored food and beverage options. We are proud to have a team of leaders in the hospitality field who can offer you and your guests the finest event experience. We have limited availability for large groups or Exclusive Event bookings on a Friday evening. Our Function Manager will liaise with you pending availability. BEVERAGE PACKAGES
Beverage packages offer a fixed cost per person for beverages over a designated period of time for a minimum of 20 pax. These packages offer sparkling wine, white
wine, red wine, beers and soft drinks. For a flexible beverage option, you can opt for a on consumption bar tab. You may choose your desired beers and wines from our
extensive beverage list.
This will need to be discussed with the Function Manager as a minimum spend will be set.

VENUE INFORMATION
Audio Visual Equipment If you are booking our venue for Exclusive use, we are happy to offer you our in- house Audio-Visual Equipment: • 65-inch flat screen smart TV with HDMI and streaming capabilities (complimentary) or a mobile 82-inch smart TV (hire fee applies) • Wireless Microphone • Venue Surround Sound with iPod connectivity Tentative Bookings We are happy to hold your preferred date for a period as a tentative booking. Tentative bookings will have to be discussed and approved by the Function Manager. A signed event agreement and deposit payment are required to confirm the booking. Minimum Spend All of our events work on a minimum spend basis. Your minimum spend will be quoted and agreed to prior to your booking. The total figure may consist of food & beverage only. In the event that your spend falls short of the minimum, the difference in cost will be charged as room hire. Extra Charges 7% surcharge applies on weekends; 4% service charge applies for exclusive events; 15% surcharge applies on public holidays.
Bump In & Bump Out Standard bump in time is 1 hour prior to your event for exclusive functions, and 30 minutes when an allocated area is reserved. Earlier access is available on request. Please discuss with the Function Manager. Unless agreed prior, all items must be bumped out on the night of your event. Parking Our closest car parking is at the Wilson Parking, Eagle Street Pier Car Park. If the Eagle Street Pier Car Park is full, the car park attendants will direct you to an alternative car park. However due to recent flooding and wet weather events parking across the CBD is limited. Please refer to individual companies websites for more information. www.wilsonparking.com.au Transportation Mr & Mrs G Riverbar is located at the Eagle Street Pier which is easily accessible by bus, train, ferry or by foot. The closest train station is Central Station at 280 Ann Street in Brisbane’s CBD. There is also a ferry stop right at Eagle Street Pier, so you can catch a ride on one of Brisbane’s City Cats.
