                                                 PRODUCTS: You now have access to Juuva and Bulavita’s legacy products in a single

                                                 FASTER PAYOUT OF COMMISSIONS: Juuva pays out 50% of all PV (BV in the Bulavita
                                            system) in commissions every week. Instead of calendar month qualifications and the inherit
                                            delays monthly cycles bring, Juuva uses perpetual four-week rolling qualifications, ensuring that

all commissions are paid each week with minimal delay. Weekly business closes each Monday
                                            at midnight mountain time, and that week’s commissions are paid on the following Friday. All
                                            commissions earned up through March 31st will pay through Bulavita’s normal commission
                                            schedule and method. All commissions earned from April 1st and forward will pay through the

                                                 FLEXIBLE PAY METHODS: Juuva has created and customized a proprietary e-wallet pay-
                                            ment system referred to simply as “the Juuva Pay Card.” With this system, you can receive all
                                            of your commissions electronically in the currency of your home country. Use your card like
                                            a debit card anywhere that accepts Visa and or Master Card. US distributors can opt for ACH
                                            direct deposit or move funds to personal checking or savings account through the Juuva Pay
                                            Card website! * Commissions can also be held in the e-wallet in the Juuva back office so that
                                            you may use these funds to seamlessly purchase Juuva products from your own shopping cart
                                            without the worry of exchange rates, paying interest, or pesky monthly payments! Of course,
                                            you may also request a good old-fashioned paper check via USPS.**

                                            *All business in Canada is currently done in US dollars for both product purchases and commissions paid. US distribu-
                                            tors may request direct ACH. Requests must be completed by close of business on Monday evening in order to be paid
                                            the following week. **Written checks are only available in the US and Canada markets. Nominal administrative fees

                                                  INTERNATIONAL MARKETS OPEN TO YOU April 1st: As a Juuva distributor, you are now a
                                            global entrepreneur! Juuva does business in several countries that will be new to you -- in-
                                            cluding Canada, the Philippines, Taiwan, Vietnam, and Mexico. As a Juuva distributor, you may
                                            sponsor Independent Distributors and Customers in any country in which we do business. This
                                            is all done through Juuva’s global compensation plan, allowing you to build your business
                                            seamlessly around the world that pays you through a single payment system. All countries,
                                            except for Canada and some Latin American countries (more information below), are referred
                                            to as “OTG,” meaning that we have product “On The Ground” and product distribution is han-
                                            dled locally. Shipments to Canada are handled via “NFR,” meaning “Not For Resale” – that is,
                                            products can only be sold through the US system and shipped directly to the consumer; there
                                            is no warehousing or local shipping in country. Please note that not all products are available
                                            in all markets. Our next planned international launch is the exciting and emerging market-
                                            place in China. We will announce any updates to our global presence as information becomes

                                                  OTHER PRODUCTS IN OTHER COUNTRIES. In the Juuva enrollment screen you will see
                                            many other Latin American countries listed as available for enrollment – specifically, Belize,
                                            Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Panama, and
                                            Peru. Juuva is not yet shipping product to these countries, but we do offer the ability to enroll
                                            distributors and customers to access Juuva English, an online English language learning pro-
                                            gram on a gaming platform in affiliation with “Woogi English”. This is a monthly fee based
                                            program that generates PV and can also be gifted. For more information on Juuva English,

   5. When will this take effect, and      As of April 1st, your genealogy will be fully integrated into the Juuva system. That’s not quite
   how will all this work?                 as scary as it sounds because Bulavita will maintain their systems for 60 days in the case of
                                           any concerns or questions that may pop up. Not all of Bulavita’s products will be making the
                                           cross-town migration, but any remaining inventories of these items will be made available for

                                           your back office and customer information to Juuva’s database, so that:

                                                 -- Bulavita Ambassadors and Customers will not have to “re-sign” any paperwork (though
                                           distributors will need to re-confirm agreement to Juuva’s Policies & Procedures as well as the
                                           website Terms & Conditions), pay any additional fees or do anything to move into the new
                                           system. Rank equivalencies and qualifications have been translated and grandfathered for the
                                           first four commission runs so that you will carry your latest earned rank and monthly qualifica-
                                           tions into the new system. Your rolling 4-week volume will kick in afterward.

                                                 -- Auto-ships will be adapted from Bulavita’s monthly calendar to Juuva’s 4-week cycle
                                           and will be added to your auto-ship cart automatically. * Except in rare instances, your
                                           auto-ship cycle date will change moving forward. Not only will it move from Bulavita’s
                                           monthly calendar to Juuva’s 4-week calendar, but not every day of the week is available for the
                                           processing of auto-ship orders. The first day of the Juuva week (and the day that that week’s
                                           auto-ship orders are processed) is Tuesday. Please refer to the following schedule for your new
                                           initial auto-ship dates:

                                           Following this initial adjustment, your auto-ship will follow a 4-week processing and shipping
                                           schedule, whereby your auto-ship will process every 4th Tuesday unless otherwise adjusted by
                                           you. Keep in mind that commissions and rank qualifications also follow a rolling 4-week sched-
                                           ule, which may be adversely affected if you push an auto-ship order to the 5th Tuesday or later.

                                           *Please note that not all of Bulavita’s products will continue to be available for sale; please
                                           visit www.bulajuuva.com for a product list, you may want to change-up your auto-ship by
                                           adding additional products before your new auto-ship cycle. All you need to do is to follow the
                                           login and account setup instructions located at www.bulajuuva.com

                                                -- Bonus designations. The Juuva compensation plan has three different bonus desig-
                                           nations, referred to as tiers, that directly influence your multi-leg and leadership matching
                                           bonuses. We’re not going to get into the compensation plan here; please visit www.bulajuuva.
                                           com for a compensation plan overview. As a standard, all existing Bulavita Ambassadors

will start as “Advanced” qualified Juuva distributors. To maintain the lifelong designation of
                                            Advanced, all you need to do is complete your login to your new Juuva Back Office (quick start
                                            guide at www.bulajuuva.com) and complete a product sale with a new preferred customer
                                            or make a personal product purchase yourself. That’s it! However, if no new purchases are
                                            completed through your account by the end of May, your designation will be reduced to Basic.
                                            Conversely, if you would like to “level up” to the “Professional” level, simply purchase (or
                                            sell to a preferred customer) of one of the deeply discounted Juuva Intro Packs to earn that
                                            lifetime designation and potentially double your commissions! You’ll find these packs in your
                                            Back Office shopping cart.

                                                  -- Shipping. Starting in April, your product and your customer’s products will begin to
                                            ship from Juuva’s Utah warehouse. As products ship, tracking numbers will be emailed direct-
                                            ly to the purchaser and appear in your Back Office.

                                                 -- All Commissions earned in April will be paid through Juuva’s compensation system.
                                            The first pay period will be April 1st through April 5th, for which commissions will be paid on
                                            April 9th! Subsequent weekly runs will end on Mondays and pay out the following Fridays.
                                            However, you won’t be able to receive commissions until you login to your Juuva Back Office
                                            and setup your e-wallet and opt for either ACH direct deposit or the Juuva Pay Card. Visit

   6. Will my current personal website      No. As of April 1st, the Bulavita back office will no longer pay commissions and your per-
   address remain the same?                 sonal marketing websites will no longer be functional. In order to login to your new Juuva
                                            back office, you will need to go to www.bulajuuva.com. There, you will find the Juuva Back
                                            Office Quick Start Guide. NOTE: ALL distributors receive a BASIC back-office website absolutely

   7. Am I still a Bulavita                 As of April 1st, you will be considered a Juuva Distributor but still part of the Bulavita family,
   Ambassador, or will I be considered      something that you can always take pride in. We know that this can be a little bit unsettling,
   a Juuva Distributor after April 1st?     as you’ve poured your heart and soul into your Bulavita business and believe strongly in the
                                            Bulavita culture. It will take some time for all of us to adjust to a new name, but Juuva is
                                            a great one and already known as the most trusted name in Network Marketing. Bulavita
                                            products, testimonials, and the mission of taking Muscadine to the world are more import-
                                            ant than ever! More powerful opportunity, same great people! Over the next few weeks and
                                            months, you will see subtle branding changes to product labels, marketing materials, and
                                            swag. Before you know it, the Juuva Nation will capture your heart and mind, just as Bulavita

   8. Will my downline remain intact?       Our goal is to retain all existing relationships while at the same time maximizing your potential
                                            within the Juuva Compensation Plan. Your enrollment tree (hierarchy) should remain precisely
                                            the same as it was in Bulavita; however, your placement tree (hierarchy) will be unavoidably
                                            different. Even though an apples-to-apples comparison is impossible and future commissions
                                            are not predictable, most active and dedicated distributors building new customer and distribu-
                                            tor legs will see an increase in compensation and get paid faster than ever before!

                                            Here’s what we can tell you right now:
                                            Mfinity Boost It Experience, Virtual Editions: These online events will continue with only
                                            minor modification on a monthly basis. Ideal for the last Saturday of the month, we do not
                                            anticipate any interruption.

                                            Mfinity Boost It Experience, LIVE Editions: These impactful and informative events are
                                            scheduled quarterly during optimal times of the year to experience the vineyards, the manu-
                                            facturing, and storage facilities in North Carolina. The next scheduled event is June 19, 2021.
                                            At this time, we anticipate full participation and no group size restrictions up to our planned
                                            200-person attendance. If you currently hold a Boost It experience registration, it will be
                                            honored for this event, but you must register in order to claim your spot. Watch for additional
                                            announcements as the scheduled date approaches.

                                            Bulavita Official Launch Event: This event was tentatively scheduled for late spring of 2021 but
                                            has now been cancelled in favor of Juuva’s Annual Convention scheduled in early August of 2021.
                                            The Bulavita founding Ambassadors will be recognized as such and join the ranks of Juuva’s found-
                                            ing distributors, taking their rightful place in the rich history of this company and this industry. If
                                            you’re not a founder yet, get busy! There’s still time to stake your claim on an even larger global
                                            stage. Dubbed “Amplify,” this will be the perfect opportunity to get loud and proud as we all aim
                                            higher, reach farther, and achieve more in our quest to take Muscadine to the world!

    Service for questions?                  It is highly recommended that all Bulavita family members continue to use this number to be
                                            automatically routed to the support team you are accustomed to. You may also continue to use
                                            the Bulavita support system via email at support@bulavita.com. Once we are “over the hump”
                                            with the integration, we’ll discontinue Bulavita support and move all support to Juuva. Your
                                            new distributor support line will be 801-528-1894, and email support will be available via cs@
                                            juuva.com. You’ll discover, as your corporate team has, that Juuva’s distributor support team is
                                            top-notch and eager to assist you in growing your business.
