The A-Frame Lodges
There are 8 A-Frame Scandinavian style Lodges available overlooking the
delightful lakes and grounds. Each lodge offers a double bedroom, twin
bedroom, and an open plan kitchen/ living/ dining area. All lodges have their
own private patio area.
The Delta Lodges
2 Delta Lodges are available on site. Beech Lodge sleeps 4 people and Ash
sleeps up to 3 people. Both have open plan kitchen/ living dining rooms and
external timber decks.
Leisure Facilites Indoor Leisure is provided in a custom built building which offers the following: • 9 metre heated indoor swimming pool • Hot tub • Sauna • Small gym • Spa treatment room • Toilet, changing rooms and showers In addition there is a games room offering table tennis, pool table, darts and table football. Outdoors is a tennis court and outdoor games including chess and Boules. Also on site for guest use is a laundry room with washing and drying facilities. Fishing Lakes There are 4 well stocked fishing lakes offering coarse fishing to guests stocked with Tench, Bream, Roach, Perch and Carp. Dedicated fishing tackle hut for the use of any guests. Further development There is planning permission to add a further 12 lodges which was secured under planning permission ref.no. 6/86/2307/COP KHM 276 dated 5th February 1987. which would offer a future owner the chance to further develop the revenue stream offered by the existing lodge business.
