North Cornwall countryside with the nearest beach Sandymouth beach
4 miles, sandy beaches at Bude and Widemouth Bay approximately 6

                           There are 8 A-Frame Scandinavian style Lodges available overlooking the
                           delightful lakes and grounds. Each lodge offers a double bedroom, twin
                           bedroom, and an open plan kitchen/ living/ dining area. All lodges have their
                           own private patio area.

                           The Delta Lodges
                           2 Delta Lodges are available on site. Beech Lodge sleeps 4 people and Ash
                           sleeps up to 3 people. Both have open plan kitchen/ living dining rooms and
                           external timber decks.

Indoor Leisure is provided in a custom built building which offers the

develop the revenue stream offered by the existing lodge business.
