      Teversal is a successful family owned and operated business which is presently
      part of the Camping and Caravanning Club Franchise scheme. Income is
      generated from a wide range of sources from touring and camping income to self
      catering, shop income and static caravan sales and pitch fees.

      Turnover (net) for year end 2019 was circa £475,000 with 2020 still achieving
      £378,000 despite the global pandemic; and 2021 is expected to be a strong year
      given the anticipated interest in the UK staycation and holiday home market.

      THE CCC FRANCHISE
      The Vendors operate the business as a Camping and Caravanning Club (“CCC”)
