Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TSIIC) was
established in the year 2014 for identifying and developing potential
industrial growth centers in the Telangana State fully equipped with
developed plots/sheds, roads, drainage, water, power and other

workers near industrial zones, co-coordinating with the agencies
concerned for providing communication, transport and other facilities.

Chandenvelle, Aerospace Park at Adibatla etc. are being developed
by TSIIC in and around Hyderabad.
Government have appointed TSIIC as Nodal Agency for disposal of
certain Vacant Government lands at Khanamet Vg. of Serilingampalli
Mandal, Ranga Reddy Dist. in an area of about 100.85 acres. The
layout is developed with 67.62 acres excluding open space and road,
(17) bigger size plots suitable for high rise buildings (MSB) for
multipurpose including Industrial and other usage, of various sizes.
Out of the above plots, (4) plots for an extent of 29.51 Acres have
been sold through e Auction during the year of 2016. Now, it is
proposed to sale of (5) plots to an extent of 14.91 Acres.
