COVID Testing:
TESTING INFORMATION: SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON PROTOCOL OF TEAMS
ATTENDING: The test for SARS-CoV-2 virus (COVID-19) recommended by Lee University is
the antigen and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) testing described below:

Beginning one week prior to the Competition, Visitor and Lee University perform at least 1
Antigen test weekly on each of the following persons:
    • All student-athletes participating in the Competition or that are otherwise members of the
         respective team and will be present at the Competition;
    • All coaches of the teams participating in the Competition; and
    • All team support (i.e. medical staff, team physicians, broadcast crew, administrators and
         other members of the team travel party).
The tests shall be conducted consistent with the CDC, and applicable local, state, and
institutional guidelines.

TESTING TIME FRAMES:
Lee University and the Visitor shall complete 1 Rapid Antigen Test or PCR test the week of
competition beginning on Sunday.

Cumberland; Tennessee Wesleyan; Shorter; Bryan; Marian; West Georgia; Johnson C. Smith
University; West Texas A&M; UT-Chattanooga; Stetson; Flagler; Emory; Carson Newman;
Augusta; North Alabama; Trevecca Nazarene; Limestone; Lenoir-Rhyne; Queens; Tennessee-
Martin; Malone; Mars Hill; Union; Findlay

Entry Fee: $375 per gender. $37.50 per athlete up to the 9th. Unattached athletes will be
allowed, but must follow testing protocol.
Payment will be based on entries when they are closed on Directathletics.

Entry Deadlines: All entry deadlines will be posted on www.directathletics.com. Entry
deadline will be Monday, April 5th at 11:59pm.

Packet Pick-Up: Packet pick-up will be located behind the 100m start line

Implement Weigh-In: All implements must be weighed in before competition begins behind
the shot put ring. Open times are 12:00pm-2:30pm on Friday, and 7:00am-8:30am on Saturday.
If you need more time please let me know. Implements not making weight will be impounded
until the conclusion of the throwing events.

Check-in: All track athletes must check in 45 minutes before their race for hip numbers. Heats
will not be assigned until Thursday evening. All Scratches must be made by then.
For the field events you must check in 30 minutes before the scheduled start of the first flight.
Check-in will be located behind the 100m start line.

Rules: All NCAA rules will be followed at this meet.

Facility: All new in 2020: track has an 8 lane, 48 inch Beynon surface. The javelin, pole vault
and jump runways are also Beynon. The hammer, discus, and shot all have their own throwing
ring. Men’s runway boards are 8ft, 32ft and 40ft. Women’s runway boards are 8ft, 32ft and
40ft.

Hospitality: Located in the field- house conference room. Access is through the track side-door.
All officials and workers will have access to water, snacks, dinner (Friday) and lunch (Saturday).

Athletic Trainers: We will have a tent on the infield with trainers and ice, please bring your
own tape as we will not be using our own tape on other team’s athletes. Special requests should
be made through the AT Maddie Kalke @ mkalke@leeuniversity.edu

Spikes: Maximum spike length will be ¼-inch pyramids. Judges and clerks will be checking
shoes at check-in for each event. Athletes will be disqualified for illegal spikes.

Starting Heights: Starting heights will be decided based on entries.

Scoring: 10, 8, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
