the arts Art is intrinsic to the Rainbow Serpent fabric and every effort has been made to ensure a colourful canvas that supports and encourages emerging and established artists to delve deep and create imaginative concepts that fill the festival pathways, stages and dance floors. Now in its fourth year, the Rainbow Arts and Culture Foundation’s Community Arts Grants have funded some incredible installations.
