Our focus is on the whole person, taking into consideration not only physical symptoms and but truly coordinating the care of their health through our complicated health system. This year’s conference will help maintain our focus in 2020 on Family Medicine by bringing a wide range of educational topics from fad diets to pre-op assessment to use of OMM for pain management. Continuing Education Information This education activity has been submitted for a total of 25.5 AOA credits and is pending approval. Application for 23.5 CME credits has been filed with the American Academy of Family Physicians. Determination of credit is pending. In order to receive credit for successful completion of educational sessions, all attendees must: • Sign in for sessions each day, either at the registration desk or electronically through the mobile app • Attend 80% of session • Complete electronic session evaluation To receive an additional 2 AOA 1-A credits, attendees must complete an outcomes survey emailed to attendees 14+ days (per AOA requirement) after the event. MAOFP will report AOA CME credits to accredited providers by March 10, 2020. Refund Policy Registrants for an MAOFP CME program must submit a written request for a refund to events@maofp.org. The request must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the program and will entitle the registrant to a full refund less a $50 processing fee. Substitution of registration (same type: member/non-member) is permitted prior to February 1, 2020. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant with written consent. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact/demographic information.
