T H E M E : CO M M U N I T Y At Brookline Adult & Community Education, we are instituting a theme for each year beginning in the Fall term and culminating in the Summer term. The theme will shape the year ahead and drive the selection of the lectures, specials, and courses we feature, but will also to give our staff, students, and faculty something to ponder. This year’s theme is COMMUNITY! The catalog covers this year will come from different student artists at the Urbano Project in Jamaica Plain. So, we wanted to introduce this community program to you: We unanimously chose this as our theme because not only is it embedded in our name, it is an integral part of our mission—to provide quality learning experiences for the community.
