THE GAME BIRD – GUEST CHEF TAKEOVERS 7 Jun to 27 Sep - The Stafford Hotel Guest Head Chefs Lisa Allen (Executive Head Chef at the Michelin-starred Northcote in Lan- cashire) and Tom Kitchen (Michelin-starred The Kitchin, The Scran & Scallie and Castle Terrace Restaurant in Edinburgh) will be taking over the stunning Game Bird Restaurant at The Stafford Hotel in the heart of St James’s. On 7 June Lisa will be creating a unique four-course menu that celebrates seasonal British ingredients.
