To request aid, the financial assistance portion of the application must be completed and submitted with the application. Campers using traditional waivered funds or Conor McGrath Consumer Directed Community Supports (CDCS) can use those funds for camp and as a result Director of Camping cannot apply for aid through True Friends. Cancellation Policy: All advanced fees paid will be refunded in full if notice is received in the True Friends office 30 days prior to the applicant’s session. If less than 30 days’ notice is received, all but the deposit will be refunded. Waivered funds will NOT pay cancellation fees. Participants/ KEY guardians will be billed accordingly. Supporting campers for a Successful Experience Staff are trained by our Registered Nurses; from verbal cues to total assistance, our staff are here to True Friends partners with families and guardians to make each camper’s experience successful.
