COVID - 19 We are continually reviewing the works of our surveying team in line with Government and Public Health England (PHE) advice on dealing with COVID-19. The Government’s current Covid-19 strategy makes clear that construction activity can continue as long as it complies with this guidance and those working in construction have been actively encouraged to go to work. Several measures will be in place to protect residents and members of our surveying team. These will at least include • when making contact we will confirm with you whether you are happy for us to attend and that that there are no health issues with people that live in your home. We will also confirm that there are no health issues within our team • we will keep staff numbers to a minimum within your property • before entering any property, we will sanitise our hands and any equipment and we will wear appropriate personal protective equipment • where possible, windows will be opened while our surveyors are working for better ventilation • all surveyors will receive weekly COVID-19 testing • all surveyors will carry laser thermometers and check their temperature before entering each property • we will notify residents should any of our surveyors test positive within two weeks of entering their property 04/03/2021 30
