CERTIFICATE IN VAT TECHNIQUES Value Added Tax (VAT) is the second largest source of revenue which the Government receives. Yet the people responsible for the management and administration of their company’s VAT liabilities often have to do so without the benefit of specialist training and with little or no support. The Certificate in VAT Techniques (CVT) is a superb qualification which provides students with the skills and knowledge necessary to manage their employer’s VAT affairs.
