Welcome A warm welcome to our training brochure for 2021-2022. I hope you will find it helpful as you plan your professional development for the year ahead. The central focus of our work is to support you and your school to deliver high quality education, inspired and un- derpinned by Christian values and teaching. We aim to encourage and support all our schools to be confident and secure in their Christian character and distinctiveness, whilst remaining fully inclusive to children of all faiths and no faith. In addition, you may want to request bespoke training for your school or group of schools. Training can be shaped to suit you - as an INSET day, a twilight session or staff/ governor meetings, please see page 5 for more infor- mation. You will see a number of new courses for this year, in response to feedback and ongoing pandemic concerns. Additionally, many of our courses will be delivered virtual- ly as well as face-to-face. We are also offering a new range of bespoke in-school support through ’MOTs’ which will help inform your next steps or may lead to a request for further bespoke in-school training requests. We are also able to signpost you to good and excellent practice across our family of schools, so please do not hesitate to get in touch with us. As a team we look for- ward to continuing our partnership with you and support- ing you in your work. As we prepare this training brochure there are still uncertainties around the re-starting of SIAMS inspections as well as what next year will look like for us all. We look forward to hearing from you. 4 College Green With every blessing and my thanks for all you do for our children and their families.
