ENGAGING THE COMMUNITIES OF THE GREAT SANDHILLS REGION | T H E Herald 7 Cabri Hall Board Report Once again, the Hall is in need of major repair. The roof covering is leaking and several different attempts at solving this issue have been unsuccessful. After considering a few options we have decided to remove the tin and existing shingles underneath and re-shingle the roof. We are hoping to complete this project with a $40,000 budget. A very generous donation from the Cabri & District Lions Club (in the amount of $25,000.00) and financial support from the Town have made it possible to move ahead with this project. We are so grateful for their support of our Hall. We will be issuing a tender for the work and hope it can begin before too long. Our sincere thanks to the following businesses and organizations that have supported our hall, in a variety of ways, during the year: Cabri & District BIG Lions Club, Royal Canadian Legion , Cabri Branch, Reynolds Electric, Cabri HOCKEY HOCKEY Hotel, Pioneer Co-op, Innovation Credit Union, Heron Services Ltd, Pics Place, Bono Holdings, Limelite Promotions, House of Heart, Nip Nap’s Carpentry, and Cabri Agencies.
