The Divine Mercy devotion was given by Christ to St. Faustina in the 1930s, and it was
promoted to the whole Catholic Church by St. John Paul II. Jesus wants the whole
world to know about his mercy for sinners! The Second Sunday of Easter is dedicated
to the Divine Mercy, with a novena that began on Good Friday. Follow the links for
more information on how to celebrate Divine Mercy Sunday, pray the chaplet and
novena, and venerate the Divine Mercy image.

                                        St. Vincent de Paul Center
St. Vincent’s food pantry continues to stay open during the
pandemic, as requested by Bishop Walkowiak, to serve the
basic need of food to our less fortunate neighbors. Our needs
continue to shift from week to week. We appreciate the
                        continued positive response of non-perishable
donations. This week we see a need for ketchup, dish soap,
shampoo, deodorant, cereal, tuna, any type of boxed potatoes, chicken noodle soup,
and salt. We always need paper and plastic bags as well for bagging grocery
items. Thank you for continuing to help us help others.

Quarantined but Cool, Calm, and Collected
Sound impossible? Challenging, yes, but workable. Plan a workable daily schedule for
you and one for your kids. Kids are looking to the adults in their lives to be the calm in
this storm of uncertainty and forced isolation. Here are some suggestions:
       Lower your expectations
       Sleep is critical!
Eat regular, balanced meals, and stay hydrated
       Move regularly
