Outdoor Events at Elements of Byron Our extensive outdoor spaces offer event organisers a blank canvas. It is mandatory to procure a structure, furniture, styling, theming, audio visual and a kitchen. We have a wonderful list of preferred suppliers who can customise your space based on budget, style and design concept. These will all be at additional expense to the client. The venue hire for outdoor event spaces excludes a $15 per person outdoor setup fee which is mandatory for all external venues. Outdoor events spaces are exclusively for residential groups. There is a requirement to take out nearby villas for all outdoor events. Strict noise curfews apply according to our resort’s Development Approval. Curfew times begin at 9:30pm from Sunday to Thursday nights and 10:00pm on Friday and Saturday nights. Sound levels must be kept below 85 decibels across all outdoor spaces.
