family expo at Symbio Wildlife Park.
ADF members and families are invited to join us for a day of family fun.
Check out the amazing native and exotic animals at the zoo and cool off in
the new splash park! A range of community groups and organisations will
also be there to provide information about the support, assistance and
activities available in the area. Numbers are limited, so get in early!

ADF teens in Sydney are invited to join us for an evening
of fun at Kingpin Darling Harbour. We’ll start by having
a game of bowling, followed by dinner, then two missions
of laser tag.

So we’ve started a series of music events to celebrate the best in up-and-coming local talent. Each show has a headline act with up to four emerging acts in a similar style. The series will launch on Saturday 16 February, and the first one will be headlined by Liverpool based hip hop collective Freesouls. These guys are slaying it, they’re all over FBi Radio and Rage and anywhere that plays great hip hop. But they’ve never had a gig in this, their home town. We want to do some- thing about that. The Ian Potter Children’s WILD PLAY Garden
The Ian Potter Children’s WILD PLAY Garden was designed to
cater for children of all ages and abilities in a dramatic land-
scape in which children are encouraged to run, jump, play, learn
and discover the wild side of life, and provides children with the
chance to get lost in the wonder of nature with dry creek beds,
an artesian water play area, a bamboo forest, banksia tunnels,
turtle mounds and Centennial Park’s first treehouse.
Location: Centennial Par k
The entrance is off Grand Drive, opposite the York Rd gates, in
Centennial Park entrance.
Time: 10.00 am – 5.00 pm daily

Lunar New Year - Year of the Pig!
Celebrate the Lunar New Year at Sydney Lunar Festival, pro-
duced by the City of Sydney. This vibrant arts festival has a pro-
gram bursting with cultural events, markets, tours, exhibitions
and entertainment, most of them free.
Be part of the fun as the iconic Sydney foreshore comes alive
with giant Lunar Lanterns exhibition in Circular Quay and
more. Don't miss the extremely popular Dragon Boat Races in
Darling Harbour that see the spirit and power of the dragon
come alive as 12 metre long boats, with up to 20 paddlers, battle
it out to the beating of drums!

Young@Heart and Flicker Fest Short Films | Seniors
Festival
Join Cronulla Library for a special screening of Young@Heart,
a short film celebrating the lives of 15 Sutherland Shire seniors
who believe that getting older doesn’t mean you’re ‘old’. Also
featuring shorts from Flickerfest - Australia’s leading Acade-
my® Award accredited and BAFTA-recognised short film festi-
val, and the country’s largest short film competition.

in operation since 2002, providing kids of parents living with a mental illness an op-
portunity to go on camps and activities and simply be
kids. Camps include lots of fun activities, some age appropriate psycho-education and
the opportunity to mix with others with similar experiences.
