Welcome Show date: 28tHMAY 2021 (DATE TO BE CONFIRMED) Time: 10am – 5PM DCW VIRTUAL WEDDINGS EXPO (KENT) 2021 will run live through an exhibi on pla orm providing all of the elements of an in-person wedding fair: • entrance foyer with help desk • supplier exhibitor hall with virtual stands • auditorium for speakers and Q&A sessions • networking areas and more Addi onal bene ts of: • targeted social media campaign pre-expo • report of who visited your stand on live day • 30 days post expo hosted by DCW • weekly report of visits to stands in post expo phase ti fi ti tf
How it works An engaged couple completes the registra on form prior to the expo and can then log in on the show date. They will be greeted by a welcome video that will be recorded by DCW VIRTUAL WEDDINGS (the host). The host will provide a short overview of the show, how the a endee can navigate around and what not to miss.Lobby Lobby From the lobby the bride or groom can: • See sponsor banners and click these to visit and engage with suppliers on stands • Click through to the exhibi on halls to visit stands • Click through to the main stage for talks and Q&As • Visit the help desk for informa on, tech support and agenda • All of these, and more, can be navigated from the top blue ribbon too which is customised to ful l the needs of the expo ti ti fi ti tt
Exhibi on Hall The virtual exhibi on hall is lled with supplier stands which are fully branded with your logos, banners and further images. These stands can be scrolled through to browse as well as searched for by name or keywords. Only a limited number of suppliers per category and an aim to select suppliers with di erent o erings thus increasing booking opportuni es. A scenic backdrop will be chosen to re ect our county - Kent will a ord us many op ons such as scenic countryside, oast houses etc. Depending on which exhibitor package is selected, various templates will be o ered to the supplier for their stand. Each op on will have di erent amounts of content such as banners, video screens to play your virtual tours, product o erings, demo your service, document downloads and more. ff ti ti ff ti ff fi ff ff ti ff fl ti
Virtual Stand A range of stand sizes and types with varying func onality are available. There's a choice of avatars for you and/or your team to be visible and accessible on your stand. On this stand the supplier chose a simple op on with a logo and a banner including a trio of photographs. These could link to a video or your website when clicked. Below are further tabs which will be customised for our industry requirements. As a minimum your stand will have the func onality to: • Real me live text chat with a endee. • Instant video (Zoom style) mee ng • Price lists, brochures downloaded to a endee goodie bag ti ti tt ti tt ti ti
Virtual Stand Alterna ve stand op ons have more areas to display your content: • banners with clickable links to your website • Video screens to demo your service/s • A larger presence in the exhibi on hall Every image could link to further content, and by clicking on the avatar(s) of team members chat op ons are available to the a endees in a text chat box or by instant video/webinar to start to build the rela onship with a endees. Both chat op ons are one-to-ones unless you or the a endee invites someone else in. Use these as opportuni es to create leads and take bookings. Once you’ve booked your stand and chosen your template access will be provided for you to upload your content and once complete will help you to customise your booth with an easy step by step guide and tech support where needed. ti tt ti ti ti ti ti tt tt ti
Other Features • A main stage featuring presenta ons with speakers covering a range of topics relevant to our a endees. These will be a mixture of live, semi- live and pre-recorded and will be on demand for 30 days post event. • Adver sed break-out sessions where show sponsors can meet poten al clients in a 'round table' se ng. • Networking areas where exhibitors can meet and chat with other suppliers. • Keyword searches quickly navigate a endees to the suppliers they are looking to book. • Extensive social media marke ng to maximise a endance in collabora on with ZC Social Media in the run up to the expo. How to book We welcome interest from all categories of suppliers. We understand that overbooking in categories has been a pain point for exhibitors at in person events and will be mindful of ensuring that we fully understand the nature of the o ering of each supplier in each category. Our aim is to o er exhibitors with di ering services in a variety of areas to suit a range of couples’ requirements to increase booking opportuni es for suppliers.
