Terms and Conditions
• Where ‘Kids go Free’ – Children must be accompanied by an adult, maximum 2 children per adult
• Seats are allocated strictly in order of booking. Requests for certain seats may be made and we will be pleased
to allocate these where available
• We reserve the right to cancel any excursion if insufficient numbers of seats have been sold and all monies
paid will be fully refunded
• Please be punctual at your pick up point, the coach cannot wait for latecomers
• All coaches are non smoking
• Provisional bookings are held for 5 days only
• Tickets for shows and concerts will be handed to you on the day of travel by your driver
• Cancellation by the customer
In the event of cancellation on a customer’s part we will do our best to re-sell any seats or tickets but if we are
unable to do so the following methods apply:
• In the event of reselling seats an admin charge of £3.00 will be charged

a credit note which can be used as payment towards another excursion in the future.
• Cancelled within four weeks before departure date – no refund.

We are happy to welcome groups on any excursion and can offer a free place (coach travel only) for every ten booked.
Alternatively if you want to arrange your own group booking we can personally tailor your needs and book entrances,
tickets and of course your coach.
We are also available to offer free advice regarding any proposed excursion you may be thinking of making.

Bournemouth Christmas Tree Wonderland - Arriving in Bournemouth by early afternoon you will have time to explore the
shops and enjoy the Alpine Christmas Market before dark when the lights come on!
Make your way towards Bournemouth’s beautiful Victorian Lower Gardens where you will find yourself stepping into a fairy
tale world of enchanting trees and teddy bears! The Rockery has been transformed with stunning streams of light which
appear to be cascading like a wonderful ‘waterfall’. The Polar Walk is home to cuddly polar bears, icicle shards and
sparkling illuminations.

Bluewater Shopping Centre – The design of Bluewater was carefully considered, its triangular shape with a flagship store

with restaurants, bars, and cafes. The fourth largest shopping centre in the UK has over 370 shops and restaurants!

Bath – No Christmas market this year but still a great shopping experience to be had. Bath’s entire city centre is the only
one in the UK to be designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A stroll through the city is a fascinating journey spanning

many shops, bars and restaurants.
