Darby Dan Farm
Our private, gated estate is situated on 1,200 acres
of farm land offering ample space for your next
corporate event!
Darby House
With 5,000+ square feet of flexible indoor event
space we can accommodate up to 500 guests.
The Racing Room features a built in bar, grand
chandeliers, floor to ceiling windows overlooking
Darby Creek and comfortably seats 120 guests.
Perfect for intimate holiday parties, fundraiser
auction tables, indoor cocktail receptions etc.
Our Dining Room features floor-to-ceiling
windows overlooking the beautiful waters of
Darby Creek and our front lawn spaces.
Comfortably seating up to 250 guests for a sit
down meal and includes a fireplace, soda bar area
and a stage for bands, music, or entertainment.
Enjoy large banquet dinners, retirement parties
and award presentations in this space.
Enjoy the beautiful outdoors on our Waterside
Terrace - bringing you right up against Big Darby
Creek. This outdoor space is wonderful for
luncheons, networking receptions and enjoying
the serene setting.

Rates are based on a 4 hour event time (plus time for setup and tear down)

THE HISTORY
Darby Dan Farms
Let our story become a part of yours. Founded in 1935
and owned by four generations of the Galbreath Family,
Darby Dan Farm has a vibrant history you can feel the
moment you step onto the estate. Originally 110 acres,
the farm now spans 2,200 acres, and there are bison and
white-spotted fallow on the property.
Darby House, founded in 1954, was originally built by
John W. Galbreath for entertaining guests with movie
showings, baseball viewings, elaborate dinners, and
more. Today, Darby House is built for you - from the
grand chandeliers in the Racing Room and the floor-to-
ceiling windows in the Grand Ballroom to the creek view
of the Waterside Terrace.
Our Legacy
Steeped in history that includes the World Series Championship, the Kentucky Derby, and
acts of philanthropy across the state, Darby House sets the stage for the start of your own
adventure.
