Lottery Platform
‘Lottery Platform’ provided by Lottery Solution
offers a betting system, giving players all over
the world the opportunity to bet online on
various international lotteries.
Lottery Solution is an entity created by World Entertainment Group N.V.
to provide assistance in creating ‘Lottery Platform.’ Lottery Solution
does not run its own lottery, but instead it offers the opportunity to bet
on the outcome of the lotteries in its portfolio. This document states the
main regulatory and technical requirements for White Label offering of
LottoFun.
The website can include the following components and subpages

responsible for enforcing compliance with regulations regarding
gambling and AML policies and the only entity allowed to process
depositing and withdrawals of players funds. Therefore:
• All compliance checks (including but not limited to player
onboarding, KYC checks) and processing of payments are done
by WEG’s team.
• The platform is hosted and managed in terms of technical
support and database hosting by WEG
• The website content and target markets must be compliant with
WEG’s license. In particular the website is offered under WEG
name meaning all the legal documents shown on the website
shall be identical to LottoFun’s and in the name of WEG and the
entity shown in the footer of the website is WEG.

As per regulatory requirements, prior to entering White Label agreement, the Client needs
to provide the following documents and information to WEG. All of the documents need to
be provided in original or 3 certified copies. Documents that are not in English need to be
provided along with certified translation.
1. KYB of the company applying for WL status:
• Company excerpt from Chamber of Commerce
• Memorandum of association
• Certificate of Good Standing
2. KYB of parent companies until Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) are shown:
