Dear Friends of RLHS, Let’s celebrate! Racine Lutheran High School is on the cusp of an incredible milestone. Our yearlong celebration of our 75th anniversary is almost here. Our memories and milestones are merging with our future hopes and dreams. HABITAT FOR HUMANITY STUDENT OF THE MONTH I want to share a wonderful conversation I recently had with La Verne (Baker) RLHS students volunteered to paint door frames for new Congratulations to (pictured L-R) Josh Brouillette, Madalyn Hartwig ’48. She needed to help support her parents’ farm so they could pay her tuition at Racine Lutheran High School. I enjoyed her many stories and photos from those good old days. La Verne also shared that on the evening of June 6, 1948, the opening hymn for the first graduation was “Let Us Ever Walk with Jesus”. The program noted: “God has blessed our venture in secondary education mightily. Tonight the firstfruits of these blessings are ready to take their place in a troubled world.
