CONTRACTUAL REGULATIONS 2020 1 Advertisements are accepted upon the representation that the advertiser and its agency have the right to publish the contents thereof. 16 The advertiser and advertising agency agree to indemnify, defend, and save harmless the publisher from any and all liability for content (including text, illustrations, representations, sketches, maps, trademarks, labels or other copy- 2 All contents of advertisements are subject to publisher’s approval.
