- Install compacted crushed run as necessary.
- Pour concrete 4''- 5'' thick 4000 PSI = (4800 PSI after 30 days)

We hereby propose to furnish professional labor and quality materials TOTAL $28,515.00
to complete the work by the above specifications with payment, via
cash, check, or credit card (3.00% transaction fee applied) to be
received 50% upon removal of old concrete / retaining wall and
remaining upon completion. Any alteration or deviation from the above
specifications involving extra cost will become an extra charge over
and above the estimated price. This estimate may be withdrawn by us
if not accepted within 30 days.
Any HOA notices and /or permit is the property owner's responsibility.
Driveway Plus is not liable for any and all underground utilities (not
limited to) such as water, septic, phone, cable, sprinklers, or internet
lines. Driveway Plus is not responsible for any landscaping before or
after the concrete is finished.
