WELCOM E Dear participants, Welcome to MUNISS 2019! The Executive Team has been working tirelessly over the course of the past ten months to make this conference possible. This year, we have around 450 participants coming from the United States of America, Greece, Turkey, Sweden, Spain and more, who are coming together this weekend to debate solutions linking to our conference theme: Combating Inequalities. We are proud to set up this year ?s MUNISS conference and be part of such a supportive and motivated Executive Team to organize another great MUN experience here in Stuttgart. We are very excited to meet everyone, and see you all in committees discussing the important world issues. We hope that you will enjoy the conference, the committees, the debate and the time with all members of your committee. On behalf of the Secretariat, and the Executive Team, we would like to thank you all for joining us here in Stuttgart, and we wish you all a weekend full of fruitful and productive debates, and encourage everyone to step out of your comfort zones and of course, have fun!
