Company Profile

Founded in 1999 as a young and dynamic company healthcare, Isopharma today represents a primary actor in
the Italian aesthetics, aesthetic medicine and dermatology. Since 2004, becomes Companies Capital and shifts
its production in the new headquarters in the new industrial area of Sannicola, within minutes from the City of
Lecce.

Currently, the company consists of two divisions:

Isopharma Bioengineering characterized by the dermosistemi® brand that develops, designs and markets
equipments for Aesthetic, Dermatology and Aesthetic Medicine.

Isopharma Cosmetics, which deals with the research and the commercialization of skin cosmetics brand
dermosistemi©, high value-added, Pharmacy, Dermatology and Aesthetic Medicine.
