Welcome babies! Want to try 1 an ECFE clas s EARLY CHILDHOOD AND FAMILY EDUCATION (ECFE) Give your baby a strong start with classes available for newborns through babies age 12 months and their significant caregivers: mom, dad, grandparents, etc. These baby classes are offered FREE of charge, but pre-registration is required. for FREE? See our Winter/Spring 2022 schedule below! All classes are held at Lower Campus, 8100 School Road - Door 1B. Baby Sign Language: Would you like to explore some helpful ways to communicate with your baby? This class will introduce you to some of the basic signs that will help you navigate the frustration in communication that babies and parents experience. Infant Massage: Are you wondering what you can do to help your new baby’s digestive system work better, or help relieve congestion? You will learn some helpful techniques from a physical therapist certified in infant massage. Start with a short five-minute routine each day that will help comfort and soothe your baby, as you get to know each other better. Parent and Baby Yoga: Are you feeling a need for some time to de-stress by stretching and moving with your baby to help you both relax? No previous yoga experience is needed to join this class, just wear comfortable clothes and bring a blanket for your baby. Welcome Baby Brunch/Dinner, Story Time and Gifts: Welcome babies up to 24 months! Come meet new friends and enjoy bonding time with your baby! We will have door prizes and baby bags for each family. A meal will be provided, as well as stories, song time and a Parent Educator to answer any questions and connect you to future baby events.
