Membership at the Community
Center provides hundreds of
opportunities each year to prove
that age is only a number. The
Center has a calendar year
membership fee of $30.00 for

visitors. There is a $45.00 Non-

30-MINUTE CLASS
Join us to learn more about Chair Yoga during this

free 30 minute class. Chair Yoga will be offered in the
Winter/Spring sessions. Chair yoga is a gentle INSTRUCTOR: KIM ROH
practice in which postures are performed while
seated or with the aid of a chair. Postures and
sequences are designed to help build strength,
flexibility, and balance.

ALZHEIMER'S SUPPORT GROUP
with a CAREGIVER ACTIVITY available
2nd & 4th Mondays, 10:00-11:30 am
Open to the public, no fee or membership required
Home Instead/Alzheimer's Association
facilitator led meetings.
A caregiver is present and does an activity in
another room with loved ones so family/friends
can attend the support group.

Astronomy Without Boundaries

Join Dennis Robertson as he introduces us to the cosmos beyond what is visible on a clear starry night.
Dr. Robertson will illustrate his talk with spectacular imagery from NASA and other sources.
ABOUT THE PRESENTER: Dennis M. Robertson, M.D.; Professor Emeritus, Mayo College of Medicine,
Department of Ophthalmology.
Dr. Robertson has been a docent at the River of Time Museum in Fountain Hills. In 2021, Dr. Robertson
completed a training program with NASA and is now an official NASA Solar Ambassador.
