contact & notes notes on hire 1. Hire is based on weekend/3 day, 1 week, 2 weeks or monthly rental. 2. Longer periods of hire can be arranged by special arrangement 3. Most items are available for dry hire. 4. The hirer is responsible for transport to & from site, and all items must be returned within the agreed time frame or surcharges will be applied 5. Goods must be returned in a clean condition T&Cs 1. Please ask for a full copy of our T&Cs. 2. Unless you have an account with us, all rentals & other goods are payable in full before the goods leave our unit. 3. New for 2020: all events with a value of greater than £2000 ex VAT will be subject to a 30% deposit on booking. 4. Dry hire items are subject to a security deposit notes on print 1. ARTWORK: EPS files if possible, with fonts turned to outlines & pantones specified. Please supply a visual with notes for our production staff - it is particularly important to state if wall prints are inside or outside 2. VISUALS: we are happy to produce up to 3 visuals FOC per job for layout approval 3. PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS: minimum 300dpi at 50% of full size 4. ERRORS: where artwork has been provided by the client or yourselves we cannot be responsible for errors. We will always check your artwork prior to print production and will contact you immediately if we discover problems, but please make sure your art is fully checked & approved before sending it to us 5. ARTWORK TRANSMISSION: files up to 25mb - send by email. Files up to 100mb: place on the Contact Us page of our website - www.instantmarquees.co.uk/contactus.htm. Over 100mb by ftp or wetransfer.com or yousendit.com 6. DELIVERY TIME: we aim for delivery 2-3 weeks after art approval, but this can extend considerably during the busy Summer months.
