Another year is slowly drawing to a close.
2020 has been an unusual year of changes
and challenges for all of us. Never theless,
we are now optimistic and are looking
forward to better times ahead; and to the
period of peace and contemplation. The
Interalpen-H otel Tyrol team is eager to
ensure you enjoy some especially magical

relaxation and a chance to share a memo-
rable time with your nearest and dearest –

125 grammes of marzipan
50 grammes of icing sugar

How to prepare:
Stir marzipan, icing sugar, salt and soft butter to form a fluffy mixture. Beat
the egg and mix it slowly into the mass. Add the lemon juice and peel. Mix the
flour, starch and baking powder, then blend them into the mixture. Load the
mixture into a piping bag with a star-shaped release. Press out the mixture The
