2020
Sustainable Colour Palette: Rust, red and neutrals in paper, wood, metal and dried fruits and spices. Optional Extras: Underdressing with hessian fabric, paper stars, brown paper gift boxes, sledges and illuminated lanterns.
Sparkles Colour Palette: Silver and white with blue velvet accents and glitter garlands and sprays. Optional Extras: Underdressing with silver gift boxes, ribbon and baubles.
Floral Colour Palette: Red festive flowers, foliage and berry garlands and sprays with red or clear lights. Optional Extras: Underdressing with red gifts, red berry garlands, red glitter stars and XL baubles.
DIY Colour Palette: This tree comes without décor so that you can personalise it with your own. Clear lights are provided and installed. Optional Extras: Underdressed with hessian fabric, illuminated lanterns, and baskets with battery lights and festive dried fruits.
Luxe Colour Palette: An abundance of gold decorations, golden fruit, pinecones, foliage and glitter sprays with clear lights. Optional Extras: Underneath the tree you’ll find a carpet of green mosses, golden bowls overflowing with fruit decorations, baubles, pinecones and glitter sprays.
Frosted Colour Palette: A pure white colour scheme with frosty and snow textured decorations including baubles, stars, snowflakes and icicles with white berry sprays. Optional Extras: Underdressing with snowy animals including penguins, squirrels or owls, a blanket of white snow and sledges.
Trend Colour Palette: A contemporary scheme with blush pink, graphite and white baubles with silver glitter garlands and white glitter sprays. Optional Extras: Underdressing with large white paper stars, glitter baubles and snowflakes.
Traditional Colour Palette: A classic choice for any tree; red and gold baubles, gold pinecones and red stars and bows. Giant bow topper is optional and could be changed for a star. Optional Extras: Under tree décor features gold gifts and large glitter stars.

We offer a wide assortment of

are the shades that we use most

You’ll notice that there are three
finishes to our classic round
baubles: Matte, Glitter and
Metallic. Any of which you can
specify we use or leave out. We
advise a mix of all three finishes for
the most effective display.

with a colour scheme or wish to
reflect your branding – Baubles can
be combined to create impactful
schemes and to give an identity to
your festive display. Here are a few
palettes that have worked well for
us in recent years.

A classic gold scheme can be
freshened up with the addition
of white as an accent colour.Lights All of the lights we use have clear, warm glow long-life LED bulbs. We always advise using mains operated lights where possible, but if access to power is not an option for you; we can also install battery operated lights. Most tree schemes suit lights on green flex to avoid unsightly wires being obviously visible. If you opt for a white snowy tree or prefer a more contemporary look, we also offer white or clear cable sets.
Under Tree Décor & Props Your tree or tree group always looks more impactful and abundant when décor is used around the base. From simple gift boxes to snowscapes, sledges and festive animals – we can create any scene to compliment your choice of tree décor.
Under Tree Décor & Props Under tree décor can also be created with more natural materials and in traditional styles. Moss carpets, swathes of seasonal plants, giant baubles, sustainable objects such as paper stars and bespoke props such as our Nutcrackers.
Trees Groups You may feel that one tree is not enough and need a display that makes a bold impact in a large reception area, lobby or atrium. A tree group can be created from three trees or more to add drama to your space. This would work well in areas where ceiling height is restricted and one extra large tree just won’t fit.
Trees Groups
Extra Large Trees Extra large trees (live or replica) can be used as a main focal point in a large area such as Atria, receptions, building entrances and staircases. These can co-ordinate with the rest of your seasonal scheme or have unique décor to help it stand out.
Exterior Displays The outside of your building can look as festive as the inside. We offer a wide variety of live tree sizes which can be illuminated or fully decorated. Wreaths for doors or windows, garlands for doorways or seasonal planting for your existing pots and beds.
Bespoke Schemes You may feel that a classic tree (live or replica) is not for you and a more creative bespoke display would be more suitable. We have created many custom festive displays for clients in all industry sectors and would be happy to discuss any ideas with you. We have even made custom decorations to enhance a theme or to fit a client's brand identity. Here are some examples to get you inspired.
Bespoke Schemes
Garlands We offer a selection of live or replica garlands to suit you which can be illuminated and decorated in classic or contemporary styles.
Wreaths We offer a selection of live or replica wreath to suit you. Decorated in classic or contemporary styles, wreath can be hung or stood on our custom stands and range from 30cm up to 2 meters in diameter.
Table-Top Décor Table-top displays can be used to help create a festive moment in spaces where perhaps a tree, wreath or garland won’t fit. Reception desks, coffee tables, console tables and shelves are ideal spots for these. We offer a wide range of displays ranging from simple glass vases filled with festive decorations to more elaborate planted arrangements on stands or under glass cloches.
Table-Top Décor Festive twigs add height to table and reception displays and come in a variety of plain and glittered colours which are very effective when combined with baubles. Pinecones, berries and spruce always look great under glass for a more traditional look.

All prices are for stock decorations/colours, and live trees only. Prices may increase for non-stock decorations or out of hours deliveries/collections.
Hanging of wreaths and garlands may add additional cost, subject to a site visit to determine fixings.
All decorations, lights and pots and other associated items are on hire and remain the property of Indoor Garden Design.

All prices exclude vat.FAQs What live trees types do you use? We use high quality, non-drop Nordmann Fir trees in all of our live displays – We have worked with these for many years and rate them highly for their durability in warm, dry indoor spaces. Should we water our live tree? The short answer is no. After much trial and testing, we have found that live Christmas trees located in office, retail or hotel environments do not benefit from watering as they would in a home environment. How long should my live tree last? Most office spaces are usually quite warm - where possible reduce the heat in the area where the tree is positioned. A live tree will last for 2 weeks in an office space with a temperature of 21 degrees or less. We will guarantee your tree for 2 weeks. We don’t have access to a power supply, can we still have lights on our tree? Yes, we can install battery operated lights but you should remember that these will not be as bright as mains powered lights and run on an automatic timer. We will happily supply the first set of batteries for these, but you will need to replace them during the festive season. How long a garland should I order? When ordering live or replica garland, the length needed depends on how you wish it to hang. If you prefer swags to a straight line; order 1.5 to 2 times the liner length of the space. What is included in the rental price? Rental costs include design, installation and removal of the Christmas display.
Terms & Conditions Delivery: • Indoor Garden Design always aims to deliver your display at the arranged time and date. However, as our deliveries are organized geographically there may be slight variations which we will notify you of in good time ahead of the installation date. It is your responsibility as the client to ensure that access to the installation site of the display is accessible and safe for our team. Please discuss any height restrictions, lift access etc with our team when ordering. Health & Safety: • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the installation site is safe for our team to work in and that there aren’t any trip or fire hazards. Electricity Supply: • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that there is a safe 240v mains electric supply at the base or near to the tree or display. We are unable to provide extension leads (unless previously discussed). Please note that for extra large trees and tree groups, several powers sockets will be required. If our team deem that any leads, sockets or wiring provided is unsafe or power has not been made available; they will install the display and leave the lights unplugged until the issue is resolved by the client. Ownership: • All materials (unless provided by the client) remain the property of Indoor Garden Design and any loss or damages will result in a charge for replacement. Display Removal: • All trees and display items will be removed on the agreed date by our team and the site will be left as it was found prior to installation. Please remove any decorations that have been added to the display by yourselves before the agreed removal date. Our Cancellation Policy is as follows: • 100% refund if cancelled 3 weeks prior to agreed or requested installation date • 50% refund if cancelled 2 weeks prior to agreed or requested installation date • 25% refund if cancelled 1 week or less to agreed or requested installation date
