On average, US households spend 20 percent of their income on housing. Boxabl believes this is far too much. It has set out to drastically shift the costs associated with building a home so that people can keep their money, and it can lower the bar for housing worldwide. Many technological innovations will combine to allow Boxabl to build all types of housing at prices never before possible: Shipping Technology - Boxabl “boxes” are 750 sq. ft. rooms that pack up in the factory, are shipped to site using standard infrastructure, unpack and combine together to create any size or style of home. This allows mass production of a repeatable product in the factory for maximum value. Speed Technology – With inventoried rooms, build times are cut from an average six to nine months to one month. This allows massive savings in the time value of money. Wall Technology - Boxabl rooms do not have traditional guts. For example, each wall is created using a polystyrene mold that forms in approximately 90 seconds, using full automation and providing superior quality. Read more at boxabl.com. Vegas Golden Knights - The Golden Knights have offered Southern Nevadans a way to be rooted to one of the most transient cities in the world. For the small contingent that truly is “Vegas Born,” they have affirmed that being so is something to be proud of. The city of Las Vegas extends far beyond the strip where T-Mobile Arena is, yet the identity is so often contained to those two miles. Getting the nation to acknowledge Las Vegas as anything other than America’s favorite place to party is an endless challenge. The Golden Knights recognized this truth almost immediately and as the season progressed, the team certainly catered to the city’s big personality, while acknowledging its (often) overlooked heart. From the moment the first puck was dropped, the Golden Knights forged their role as more than just another economy-fueling tourist attraction. They claimed a stake in our local community.
