Founded in 1991 in Yazoo City,
Mississippi, where the love of
good food and hospitality run
deep, Mississippi Cheese Straw
Factory ® began in our family’s
kitchen with Mom’s heirloom
recipe for cheddar cheese straws.
Since then, we did what Mom
Mom, 1945. (“Bunkie” to her grandchildren)
would have wanted: We kept on baking and cooking up
delicious new flavors, like the very first cookie straws
introduced to the market, sweet treats that are now
classics. Today, in our thirtieth year, Mississippi Cheese
Straw Factory is still family-owned and family-oriented,
and our fresh baked products are enjoyed across the
nation and around the world.
