There will be a $1.00 fee per animal for Day of Show substitutions. Changes will be allowed only in the same breed, sex,
variety, and class. Day of show entries and all changes must be made at the Show Secretary’s table. NO CHANGES
WILL BE ALLOWED AT THE SHOW TABLE AS PER ARBA RULES.
ATTENTION EXHIBITORS: PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ENTRIES AT CHECK IN.
NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE AT THE JUDGING TABLES AS PER ARBA RULES.

1. These are ARBA sanctioned shows. All ARBA show rules will be observed.
2. All animals entered in fur will be judged in breed fur unless otherwise noted.
3. All entry forms must be legibly completed, including name, address, ZIP code and telephone number. Please
be sure you provide all necessary information for each animal entered.
4. The Catskill Region RCBA and their members will NOT be responsible for fire, theft, injury, accident or
providential loss, but every precaution will be taken.
5. Judging will be done by private ear number. All animals must have a legible tattoo or tag. Animals not
properly earmarked will be disqualified from the show and no entry fee refunded.
6. No breeding, and no does with litters will be allowed in the show rooms. No breeding will be permitted in
show parking lot or on show grounds!
7. Any animal showing signs of disease will be immediately removed from the showroom and the entry fee will
be forfeited. Please be considerate of your fellow exhibitors and leave sick animals at home.
8. Awards must be picked up day of show from the show secretary (cash awards will not be mailed)
9. Catskill Region RCBA reserves the right to substitute or appoint judges. The decision of the Show
Committee as to the placing of the breeds on a judge’s table will be final.
10. There will be NO refunds for day-of-show scratches.
11. Each exhibitor is responsible to have his or her rabbits on the show table for judging. Classes will be called
three times only.
12.Youth must put rabbits or cavies on show table for youth show.
13. All carriers must have solid, leak-proof bottoms.
14. No animals other than rabbits or cavies will be allowed in the showroom, except where required by law.
15. Exhibitors will have all early show animals in the showroom and checked in by 8:15a.m.
16. Parents are responsible for their children, and will be charged for any damage their children may cause.
Unattended children will be asked to rejoin their parents.
17.No smoking or alcoholic beverages will be permitted in the showroom. For everyone’s enjoyment, all
exhibitors are urged to display the utmost respect and courtesy for the judges and each other.
18. In the event you email your entries and do not show, you will still be held responsible for those entry fees
and will receive a bill. If you do not pay the entry fees, you will not be able to show at future Catskill Region
RCBA shows until this matter is taken care of.
19. No Rabbits or cavies in Rest Rooms
20. No Grooming tables or chairs to be setup in show room
21. All fire lanes must remain clear. This rule will be strictly enforced. Please park in designated areas.
22. Exhibitors attempting to or actually interfering with, annoying, molesting, influencing a judge or acting in
an unbecoming manner will be rejected and barred from the show. All entry fees will be forfeited.
23. In the event a check is returned for non-sufficient funds, there will be a $50.00 bank charge. All checks must
be made good or entries will be forfeited and left off all show reports.
24. YOUTH MAY SHOW IN THE OPEN AND YOUTH SHOWS BUT NOT WITH THE SAME ANIMAL.
25.Per fairground rules: other than rabbits and cavies only certified service animals will be
allowed on the premises.
**Parking is NOT permitted on the grass!!!

1. The Show will follow all guidance put out by the ARBA
2. No entries will be taken from anywhere within 250miles from an outbreak
Covid & Social Distancing
1. Social Distancing will be enforced
2. Masks are required when social distancing cannot occur
3. No day of show entries will be accepted to plan best for spacing
4. Exhibitors are asked to please limit or not bring extra people to the show
5. Grooming tables & chairs will have designated areas allowing for more open space
6. Animals will be placed in table top cooping and locked in while the judge evaluates allowing for
exhibitors to distance from the tables
7. Further guidelines will be available as the show gets closer and we have updated guidelines
8. Exhibitors & all those attending MUST Sign the liability waiver
9. Exhibitors should plan to bring a pop up tent for shelter as exhibitors will NOT be permitted in the
building until it is their turn to show
10. Catskill Region RCBA is committed to making this a fun & safe show for allRelease of Liability This agreement releases The Catskill Region RCBA, Orange County 4-H Park, show vendors and/or their directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from all liability or claims of every nature relating to any/all risks that may occur while attending any of their shows. By signing this agreement, I agree, for myself and behalf of my family, spouse, estate, heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, personal representatives, and any minor whom I have custody or control or serve as guardian (Collectively ‘I’) to hold The Catskill Region RCBA and all other listed above entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibilities for injuries, sickness or death incurred, regardless of whether injuries or sickness are caused by negligence or otherwise. I also acknowledge the risks involved include, but are not limited to, the potential spread of Covid-19 that could result in severe illness or potential health. I am participating voluntarily and am aware of an assumed any and all risk associated with participation. I will practice proper social distancing as recommended by health department directives, good hygiene (hand washing, hand sanitizer, mask/gloves when required) and follow all other health and safety directives. I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of contracting Covid-19. I also do not have a fever or other symptoms of Covid-19. Should I become ill, whether before or after attendance at any show, I understand I am required to report the illness, self-quarantine and will adhere to testing and other illness related guidelines. By signing below, I forfeit all rights to bring suit or claim against The Catskill Region RCBA, Orange County 4-H Park, show vendors and/or their directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents for any reason.
