Tse, Master OD Consultant Could Cripple HBCUs Presenters: Jason DeSousa, Howard University; Nick Boyd, Morgan State Claire Tse is known for using her expertise as a University multi-lingual master Organizational Development Abstract: Since Lyndon B. In collaboration with the Howard County Public School system, HCC has implemented a variety of options for students to earn college credit while still in high school. In 2017, all of these options were consolidated and rebranded into a new program, JumpStart. This session will offer an overview of the JumpStart program, how it was developed, the challeng- es facing the program, and how it fits into the overall landscape of Dual Enrollment. This session could be useful to anyone looking to learn more about dual enrollment, including admissions professionals both at 2 and 4 year institutions.
