1 Introduction The University of North Carolina Pembroke's (UNCP) 2021 Master Plan Update will respond to the changes in the world of higher education, the University's priorities, and those of the state and local communities. Notably, the Master Plan Update will draw from UNCP's Strategic Plan, ensuring that the physical campus environment responds to the University's broader vision and goals. Ultimately, the update integrates the impactful role UNCP’s campus has in North Carolina. The plan's recommendations should consider the rich history and traditions of UNCP. 2 Project Scope The project scope shall develop an Updated Master Plan that will guide the future development of the UNCP campus. The master plan update will include, but not be limited, to the following: 01 Master Plan Update Vision, Goals and Objectives: Will be developed through a series of group interactions. 4 Schedule RFP Timeline for this Process (subject to change as February 8, 2021 UNCP appointed Campus Planning necessary) is as follows: Committee December 22, 2020 RFP is issued February 10, 2021 Notification Finalists January 13, 2021 Pre-proposal virtual Cisco WebEx meeting March 10, 2021 Presentations hosted by UNCP at 4:00 p.m. (EST) Attendance is not mandatory, but highly encouraged. April 2, 2021 Notification and Contracting January 17, 2021 Deadline for proposers to submit April 15, 2021 Recommendation to UNCP Board of Clarification Questions to UNCP by 11:59 p.m. (EST) Trustees for awarding contract. Questions to be submitted via email to annie.angueira@uncp.edu October 15, 2021 Finalize Master Plan Update January 22, 2021 Responses to Clarification Questions asked November 12, 2021 UNCP Board of Trustees adopts by proposers sent, via email above deadline. 5 Requirements and Include the following information in your submittal: Criteria Section 1: Letter of Interest (Cover Letter) Recent experience with project costs and schedules.
