WELCOME Bradman Spirit of Cricket Carnival HOURS OF PLAY The Bradman Foundation is proud to provide young cricketers, boys and girls, Tuesday 1.30pm - 4.45pm 25 overs PM the chance to play this wonderful game in the historical town of Bowral. This year’s Bradman Spirit of Cricket U14 Invitational Carnival, will again be a great Wednesday 9.30am - 12.30pm 25 overs AM opportunity for young cricketers to not only display their talents on the field but 2.00pm - 5.15pm 25 overs PM also learn about the history and prestige involved in the game of cricket. The Bradman Foundation encourage all players and their families to visit the Thursday 9.30am - 12.30pm 25 overs AM Museum and International Cricket Hall of Fame, and experience our great game 2.00pm - 5.15pm 25 overs PM and learn about its history, have your photo taken next to Shane Warne’s Baggy Green. Admission tickets for all players and support staff (coach and manager), Friday 9.00am - 12.00pm 25 overs are included in the registration fee and will remain valid for the duration of the carnival. On Wednesday night at 6 pm we look forward to welcoming you all to the NOTE: If time and conditions permit, games can start and finish earlier if rules are adhered to Museum for our Q&A with Sydney Sixers squad member Hayden Kerr. and both team managers and umpires agree. This also allows extra travel time between venues. With staging such a carnival there are many people who deserve our thanks. Bathurst • Are to go direct to their first nominated venue day 1, Tuesday. • Teams to arrive by 6pm at Museum on Wednesday night, 2. Lachlan 5. Hornsby for a talk with Hayden Kerr. 3. Wagga Wagga 6. Highlands • Bradman Centre opening time on Wednesday evening will be extended to allow players an uninterrupted visit to the museum with a special guest appearance and time to shop for your mementos of the carnival. Round 1 Round 2 Round 3 Round 4 Round 5 Round 6 • Check and assist ground set up for play. ie, stumps, boundary markers Ground (50 metre boundaries, as marked) by nominated start time each day. 1v2 2v3 4v6 5v3 1v5 Final 1 v 2 A • Minimum of one ticketed umpire is allocated to each ground. If necessary, 3v4 4v5 1v3 2v6 6v3 Final 3 v 4 B teams will supply square leg official for each match. 5v6 6v1 2v5 1v4 4v2 Final 5 v 6 C • All players must be registered for the carnival, including 12th man and extras. • A progressive results board will be kept, plus scoring and results will be POINT ALLOCATION available on mycricket.com.au. • WIN 10 points plus Bonus Points = 1 point / each 40 runs scored • Teams and venues for Friday matches will be notified Thursday evening. = 1 point / 3 each wickets taken • DRAW 5 points each • Daily score sheets, one per game with 2 signatories, to be delivered to Bradman Centre or pavilion each afternoon.
