Dear Parish Family, I take this opportunity to thank each of you from the bottom of my heart for giving me a farewell that will never be forgotten. I was truly overwhelmed by your incredible generosity, all your expressions of love and appreciation, your well wishes, your warmth and your kind words. I feel so blessed to have been part of this community for the last number of years. You are all very special. May the Lord repay your abundant kind- ness and magnanimity with abundant blessings from heaven. Never underestimate the power of the Holy Spirit and where the Lord can take you in your journey of faith. As you continue this path of discipleship, you will see God at work, and you will experience Jesus’ love, mercy, and compassion as you serve others. I am confident that I am leaving the parish in good hands with Fr. Matías. Please support him and come to love him. Be patient. Transitions take time. In the end, remem- ber that there is only one Good Shepherd, his name is Jesus Christ. He will never disappoint you or forsake you. I leave Blessed Trinity with a tank full of love in my heart. And remember that our hearts are more beauti- ful because we met each other. As I leave a piece of my heart here, I take a piece of your hearts with me. You will forever be a part of me. You have made me who I am, and you trained me to be a pastor. Please remember me in your daily prayers. As an expression of my deep gratitude, I have remembered each of you in the private masses that I offered this week and will continue to pray for you and your intentions. Much love, prayers, and gratitude, Fr.
