CATALOGUE 2018 COLLECTION — 10th Anniversary LS2 Helmets is pleased to announce our 10th anni- versary. From the first consideration of this brand to today, this has been a work of passion, desire and effort to bring a better product and a better way of doing business to the world of motorcy- cling. From our factory in Guangzhou, to our world headquarters in Barcelona, Spain, to our offices in the U.K. and the United States, to our amazing dis- tributors and partners in over 85 countries around the globe, LS2 has first and foremost been about creating and protecting dreams. 10 years in many ways seems like a very long time, and in others seems like only yesterday. As a brand, we have achieved and continue to achieve rapid expan- sion as “The Fastest Growing Helmet Brand in the World,” with record setting growth, now protecting over 3,000,000 heads per year. This type of suc- cess can only come from the deep love of what we do, and the dedication and persistence of our be- loved staff and partners. LS2 RIDERS
LS2 Helmets is also racing, as it is sponsor of MotoGP rid-
ers attending the 2017 championship with first-level teams.
Héctor Barberá and Loris Baz are teammates in the Reale
Avintia Racing Team attending the Queen category riding
two official Ducati GP16, while Isaac Viñales is attending
his Moto2 championship with the Kalex of the SAG Racing
Team. A very strong test on track expressing the hi-level
and hi-strongness of the LS2 helmets reflected in every
day’s helmet collections.

Born in France in February the 1rst 1993. After some years
in the World Superbike Championship, the young French
rider Loris Baz this year will ride the Yamaha MotoGP of
the Forward Racing Team.
R&D
Designer, engineers and technicians at R&D Center are
all two-wheel lovers and they put their knowledge and
passion in the design of each new model, to create more
contemporary helmets with a look to safety and function-
ality. They spends a lot of hours to analyse every detail of
shells and liners, resistance of the structure and comfort,
aerodynamics and ventilation systems. Each step has the
goal to develop a product in accordance with each poten-
tial user that requires from his helmet the maximum level
of quality, comfort and style. This is th reason why LS2 can
boast worldwide patents on special moulding materials
and techinical solutions. The ultimate touch on the devel-
opment process is given by the creatives who, by inter-
preting the most current style and trends of the moment,
propose a variety of graphics and colors able to satisfy a
wide range of users, male and female, young and adult.

MULTY DENSITY EPS To ensure good protection the helmet must fit your head to perfection, special attention should be paid to the shell shape design and materials to minimize the effects of a possible impact. It is key to obtain a perfect fit to your head from outside to inside, as well as the shell, the con- figuración of the EPS liner, which should match closely the human head shape.

Multy-density foam is cur using LS2’s 3D Laser Technol-
ogy and formed to fit the curves of the rider’s face for a
pleasant touch and comfort in the roads featuring the
absence of hot spots.

All LS2 helmets features a fully removable and washable
comfort liner so you can keep it as fresh as new. Our
anatomically correct cheek pads are cut using LS2’s 3D
Laser Technology for a perfect fit. We use hypoallergenic
technical fabrics that wick moisture to help you to stay
cool while you ride.

LS2 offers multiple shell sizes, specifically sized EPS,
protective liners and our high quality, high performance
comfort padding with LS2’s exclusive 3D Laser Cut Foam
for a perfect fit and all-day comfort. We also give the
option of two types of internal shapes, specifically made
for two different head shapes. Oval for a rounded head and
long oval for a more narrow head.

INTRODUCTION 12EFFECTS The luminescent effect on the Orion graphic realized for the Vector, created with special stickers absorbing both natural and artificial light. The surface of the shell grad- ually returns its light in dark conditions, guaranteeing a ‘shiny’ visibility even in conditions of insufficient light. The chromed surfaces of the Arrow Indy graphic of the Valiant Chrome create a mirror effect seducing at first sight. The big advantage offered by this material is to reduce the glare and the warmth inside the helmet, keeping the user safe, comfort and freshness, even at very high climate conditions. The union between Matt and Gloss was born from a precise request to underline the beauty at touch of both materials.
