2022-Certified Public Manager Program
Classes begin July 2022!
The NH Certified Public Manager© program is a nationally-accredited management development program
intended specifically for leaders in federal, state, and local government. This 12-month program provides
participants with knowledge and skills across seven key professional competencies for success in public
administration and management. (For More Information) Students will be introduced to foundational theories
and practices of leadership and management, conduct self-assessments and exercises to understand and
strengthen their own skills and abilities, and discuss the application of information from class to practical
problems facing participants, their agency or department, and citizens. Students will apply their learning
through a year-long project of their choosing.
Those who complete the program are awarded the professional Certified Public Manager© (CPM) designation,
which is a registered service mark of the National Certified Public Manager Consortium. The national CPM
program's primary goal is to improve the performance of public sector managers and the organizational
performance of local, state, and federal government. Students completing the NH CPM program may also be
eligible for graduate or undergraduate credits at several NH colleges and universities. (Click for more

Prerequisite: Participants must have completed BET’s NH Supervisory Academy, CPM – Level 1, or Certified
Public Supervisory (CPS) program, prior to the start of the July 2022 program.
Cost Per Person: $1,950.00 for applications received by June 15, 2022. ($2,050.00 for applications received
after 4:00 pm on June 15, 2022).
