BESPOKE STAY & DINE PACKAGE Join in the fun with one of our top chefs and experience a live cooking demonstration using locally sourced produce! Learn how our chefs prepare and cook beautiful dishes as they allow you behind-the-scenes access into our kitchens and share their secrets, knowledge and expertise. Whether you’re ready to roll your sleeves up and get dirty or happy to sit back and soak it all in with a glass of wine, this cooking class is set within the stunning surrounds of The Warehouse at Meletos and is sure to leave you inspired for some home-cooking! When it comes to adventures, our producer outings are sure to inspire your inner farmer! From truffle hunts with Adrian Utter to foraging tours with Doris Pozzi, excursions to the renowned Yarra Valley farms of Ken Lang and Tom Abbottsmith Youl – these exclusive experiences will immerse you in the world of farm-to- plate, all the while providing fun, engaging and educational memories! Our experience packages run from Monday through to Thursday and can accommodate up to 10 guests per booking. PRICE $695 per person or $545 per person with shared accommodation

OPTION ONE TRUFFLE HUNT at Utter's Truffle Farm If you take the mountain pass through the Black Spur to the small town of Buxton you will find local winemaker and truffle farmer Adrian Utter. Located on a stunning property overlooking the Cathedral Ranges, it is here that you will explore the oak tree lined orchards, vineyards and paddocks in search of the elusive Black Truffle! With the help of truffle expert Lily the English Springer Spaniel and her apprentice Clara, you will love every second of digging, scratching and sniffing for the black gold! With your pockets full of truffles you will return to Meletos to share a cooking demonstration with one of our skilled chefs and work closely to create a delicious lunch to be enjoyed in The Warehouse at Meletos! OPTION TWO LOCAL PRODUCERS From the shadow of the Cathedral Ranges to the rolling hills of Chum Creek and every valley and mountain in between, meet the farming heroes behind some of the incredible produce we use throughout the Stones precinct. As with all things farming, the seasons play a large role in every element. So weather dependant, we will select an appropriate producer to visit in the weeks before your booking: but trust us, these exclusive tours will leave you inspired and immerse in the world of farm-to-plate! From Tom’s Paddock to Timbarra Farm, Yarra Valley Game Meats to Buxton Truffles – you’re guaranteed to leave each location with tales to tell! Load up your baskets with produce before hitting the road back to Meletos for a fun and engaging cooking demonstration with one of our skilled chefs!
THE FARMHOUSE at Meletos Located at our sister property Meletos, The Farmhouse provides the perfect place for guests to stay in a stunning accommodation option within walking distance to the event. With exquisite attention to detail, each STAY boutique room in The Farmhouse all have adjoining ensuites in one remarkable two-storey Tuscan- inspired building. Each room is uniquely styled, with all guest suites featuring a queen size bed with ensuite and inclusive of a regional breakfast served in Meletos cafe.
DINING EXPERIENCE Meletos Café Located next door to The Farmhouse, our beautiful restaurant is where you will enjoy a three course a la carte dinner on day one of your Yarra valley experience. DINE With floor-to-ceiling windows and sensational views across the Great Dividing Range, Meletos showcases an incredible menu with a focus on great quality local ingredients. The next morning sit back at relax with breakfast at the cafe before your hunt for truffles in Buxton or visit to Timbarra Farm.
