 A beautiful 4/5 bedroomed villa near the 5 star Laguna resort at Bang Tao beach in Phuket.

 The villa is a luxurious four/five bedroom villa with separate lounge, dining room and spacious western kitchen. Once you
 have walked through the grand carved wooden doors and closed them behind you, you begin your holiday of a lifetime in
 your own haven. It is designed in a Thai style with contemporary modern interior design and fixtures to combine the function
 of a modern home with an easy flow between indoor and outdoor, enabling open living. Design influences evoke the light
 and elegance of traditional Northern Thai architecture with pitched roofs. All rooms open on to the pool, the centre of the
 house, via concertina glass and hardwood doors. It also has everything else you need including TV/DVD throughout as well
 as Wi-Fi - although you are on holiday! The villa is within 5 minutes of (amongst other things) - the 7km long Bang Tao
 beach, over 20 fantastic restaurants, a championship golf course and many other facilities. It really is the best of all worlds.

 The West coast of Phuket offers the ultimate lifestyle for a great holiday or weekend retreat. Miles of beautiful, unspoilt
 beach, crystal clear water & beautiful sunsets, combine with one of the most attractive cultures in the world. All major
 watersports are available from Bang Tao beach as well as horse (and elephant) riding, tennis golf and cycling. The best
 restaurants in Phuket are within 1km of the villa as well as over 15 on the Beach where you can kick off your shoes as you
 eat. The villa is set next to the 5 star Laguna complex (the best in Phuket) and near to the village of Thalang where all
 necessary shopping facilities can be found, including supermarkets, pharmacies and doctors. Phuket airport is only 20kms
 away - a straightforward 20 minute journey on good roads. Patong - where all of the vibrant nightlife is situated - is also only
 20 minutes away - far enough away to not spoil the peace and seclusion you want but close enough if you want to have a
 big night out.

 Bedroom SpecificationsThe master bedroom looks out over the pool with the bed on a raised area. It also has a relaxed
 seating area. The fifth bedroom next to the master bedroom has a Queen bed. This shares a bathroom with the master
 bedroom and is a good place for small children to sleep (the villa’s cot is notionally in this room as well but can be moved
 elsewhere if needed). The other two bedrooms in the villa (one double/one twin) are also situated around the pool and each
 has their own bathroom - one has an outside bath. There is a Garden Suite in the grounds with a double bedroom and small

 seated area incorporating a double bed settee, again, useful for accompanying small children. This is also very useful as a
 guest suite for visiting friends. As you can see, the villa has been specified to be flexible for different groups of people. All of
 the bedrooms are adorned with all necessary fixtures and fittings (eg hair dryers). In fact, for visitors from the UK, we have
 even had some UK-style plugs added - useful for mobile phones/PCs so you don't need to bring adaptors.

 Guests have plenty of choice of where to dine, in or outside depending upon the occasion. There are five main areas for
 eating. A formal dining table in the dining room next to the kitchen, at the dining table by the pool, at the breakfast bar (which
 children love), a separate outside bar area with seating for 3 persons overlooking the pool or in the Sala.

 Sleeping: The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 1 twin, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property
 also has 1 double sofa bed located in the In the additional bedroom adjacent to the Master bedroom. This gives room for up
 to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

 General: The villa has 5 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

 Entertainment: The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds and can
 link with MP3 players. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

 Eating & living: There is room for 10 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an
 oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes
 drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
