Cancer CAREpoint is the only community-based nonprofit organization providing support to
cancer patients,their families, and caregivers in Silicon Valley, at no cost to them no matter
where they receive medical care, their cancer type or insurance status. Your support will help us
reach and improve the lives of the 10,000 people diagnosed with cancer each year in Silicon
Valley.

Our programs and services include:
    •   Counseling & Support Groups                • Expressive Art Programs including Healing
    •   Movement & Exercise classes                  Expressions and Notes to Self
    •   Mindfulness programs                       • Survivorship Programs to help those who
    •   Nutrition Services                           have completed active treatment
                                                   • Wig and head covering services

                                    For your $50,000 sponsorship:
    Up to 746 Individuals and families can benefit from personal, one-on-one time with an
    experienced counselor, often through several sessions, to address the most challenging issues
    that come with a cancer diagnosis.
                                    For your $25,000 sponsorship
    Over 100 Individuals and families can participate in a wide variety of support groups for
    various types of cancer and for caregivers, gaining strength from a community of people
    with shared, lived experiences.
                                    For your $20,000 sponsorship
    Up to 118 women can regain confidence and a sense of self through their experiences at our
    virtual wig boutique. With a personal consultation and hand delivered gift bag with head
    coverings, accessories, and miscellaneous gifts, they will feel seen and cared for.
                                   For your $15,000 sponsorship
    Up to 3,000 cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers can feel stronger and with lessened pain
    through daily and weekly exercise and movement classes. Now produced live virtually and via
    pre-recorded sessions, we can provide 115 hours of gentle instruction to attendees.
                                   For your $10,000 sponsorship
    Up to 680 cancer patients and survivors can learn to address common taste and appetite
    problems caused by treatment side effects, and learn how to stay nourished during and after
    treatment, through a variety of live, virtual nutrition classes or pre-recorded classes.
                                    For your $5,000 sponsorship
    Up to 136 cancer survivors can have a forum to explore, discuss, and learn about life post-
    treatment, and its innate challenges, through a variety of specialized seminars, workshops,
    and other events.
                                   For your $2,500 sponsorship
    Up to 200 Cancer CAREpoint clients can gather virtually for our casual, community-building
    events, Communi-teas, like BINGO, Comedy Night, Origami, and painting.
