Enjoy the Auction Item Preview Catalog filled with fun item
categories for you to browse and plan your bidding. All
auction event proceeds go directly to Covenant's tuition
assistance program. Bidding for some items opens ONLINE
Monday, March 1 at 6:00 p.m. For other items like RSVP
Parties and Gift Card Grab, you should preview online and
be prepared to bid at 7:00 p.m. on auction night. Be ready,
because some things sell out fast!

101
Teacher Treasure 101:
A Teacher Treasure is a fun way for your child to enjoy some special time with his or her
favorite teacher or faculty member outside of school hours. Faculty and staff generously
donate their time to create a treasured experience for your kiddo. Examples of Teacher
Treasures include anything from a grade-wide kickball party to a small group trip to the
American Girl store with Mrs. Mountjoy. You can also bid on highly valued seats at
graduation, extra recess time, having your teacher as the guest of honor at your house
for dinner, or "Debbie Paul for the Day". These are just a few of the many
examples. Some Teacher Treasures allow spots for the entire grade to attend but most
have limited spots. So, get your phones ready and let's support our teachers and faculty
by buying their treasures!
Bidding opens: Monday, March 1 at 6:00 p.m.
Class Art 101:
This is always a highlight at the auction. Parent volunteers have worked with our teachers
and parents to help our students create beautiful pieces of art. There is one project for
each Explorer class and one project for each grade (grades 1-5). Every grammar student
has participated, making these creative pieces priceless. Be sure to check out the Class Art
section at the auction!

3RSVP Party 101:
An RSVP Party is an incredibly fun way to enjoy the Covenant community while raising
money for tuition assistance! Purchase your spot for an RSVP Party at the auction.
Here’s how it works:
• Hosts decide on a party theme, plan, and cover expenses of the party.
• There are couples' parties, speaker parties, moms or dads only, and kid parties!
• Be QUICK on your phone for a spot at all the fun parties. These open for online
bidding promptly at 7:00 p.m. on March 6 and sell out quickly!
Bidding opens: Saturday, March 6 at 7:00 p.m.
(Come prepared to bid. Browse items beginning Monday, March 1 at 6:00 p.m.)
Gift Card Grab:
This auction favorite sells out quickly once bidding opens at 7:00 p.m. on auction night. In
the Gift Card Grab, you can buy gift cards at 80% of their card value for some of your
favorite local stores, restaurants, and even Amazon. Instant savings for dining and
shopping fun.

Wine Pull 101:
How does Wine Pull work? Wine valued at $30+ is donated by our community during the
fall and winter. At the auction, attendees may choose to buy a bottle or bottles of the
donated wine at the Wine Pull table! For each $30 spent at the wine pull table, he/she will
pull a cork off a cork board. The bottom of each cork has a number that corresponds
to a bottle of donated wine they get to take home! The value of each bottle ranges
from $30 - $100+!
Be on time! Wine Pull opens for purchase at 7:30 p.m. and sells out quickly!!
